Rachel Patterson is an experienced recruitment leader with a strong background in IT, digital, and creative sectors. Beginning a career at Modis as a Recruiting Lead, Rachel managed comprehensive IT recruitment efforts and developed a team of consultants. In subsequent roles at Arcadia Group and Facebook, Rachel advanced recruitment strategies for digital, marketing, and creative positions. Currently serving as a Recruiting Leader at Meta for Global Business Group Marketing and Partnerships, Rachel has effectively built teams and led various recruiting initiatives across multiple organizations, while also contributing as a mentor at BYP Network and serving as a Board Trustee for the Huntley Archives. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Laws from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Diploma of Education from The Coaching Academy.
