Rajan Kuppan

Rajan Kuppan is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in operations management and technical support. At CoreOne Technologies, Rajan served as Team Lead for Operations, where responsibilities included managing support, fault, and risk management plans, as well as hardware capacity planning. As Manager of IT Operations, Rajan set up an internal Support Escalation Team and managed enterprise network operations. Prior to this, Rajan worked with Akamai Technologies as a Lead Helpdesk Administrator, focusing on system configuration and software installation. Rajan's career began at De Shaw & Co in Hyderabad as an Associate Helpdesk Administrator. Most recently, Rajan held the position of IT Technical Lead at Meta, acting as the primary IT contact for user support and driving operational enhancements, followed by a role as Enterprise Operations Manager. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Science from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
