Rajasekhar Akurathi

Rajasekhar Akurathi is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in performance and hardware modeling, graphics software, and firmware engineering. Current leadership as a Performance Modeling Engineer at Meta began in July 2022, following a tenure as a Hardware Modeling Engineer at Triple Crown @ Facebook from August 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Intel Corporation as a Graphics Software Engineer and Senior Firmware Engineer from November 2014 to August 2020. Rajasekhar's career also includes key roles at Broadcom Inc. as Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Software Engineer, as well as positions at Kyocera Wireless, BayPackets, and C-DoT. The foundational education in Computer Science was achieved at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with graduation in 1997.
