Rajesh Dighde

Rajesh Dighde is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Notably, Rajesh has served as Director of Engineering at Meta and held multiple senior roles at Microsoft, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering for Display and Touch. Previous experience includes a position as Design Engineer at Lightwire before its acquisition by Cisco Systems and Engineering and Operations Manager at Circadiant Systems, acquired by JDSU. Rajesh's technical journey began at Lucent Technologies as a Member of Technical Staff. Academically, Rajesh holds a PhD in Materials Science from Oregon Health and Science University and an e-Certificate in Microsoft Core Leadership from Cornell University.
