Rebecca Ackerman

Rebecca Ackerman is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing strategy, business analytics, and product management. During Rebecca's tenure at the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, significant achievements included tripling the effectiveness of Black women’s Equal Pay Day campaign and coaching keynote speakers for the 2018 Regional Leader’s Conference. At IBM, Rebecca delivered global implementations and provided expertise across various industries to improve business efficiency. Rebecca held multiple roles at Meta, where responsibilities ranged from leading product marketing initiatives in the travel and commerce sectors to developing successful go-to-market strategies. Additionally, at Shell, Rebecca drove product strategy for large-scale technology projects and managed executive communications. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
