Riham Berjaoui

Riham Berjaoui has an extensive background in community operations and technical support, beginning as a Membership Support Associate at Zawya from September 2009 to November 2010, where assistance was provided to members facing website issues. Riham then joined Meta in January 2011 as a Community Operations Specialist, addressing user concerns and improving workflow efficiencies. Subsequent roles at Meta included Systems Project Manager for Community Operations Infrastructure and Lead Program Manager for Localization, emphasizing project management and tool development. Prior experience includes serving as a Volunteer at the Children's Cancer Center Lebanon from February 2007 to June 2009, engaging with patients and managing scheduling. Riham holds a BBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, completed in 2009.
