Sagar Thapaliya is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in high-performance computing (HPC) and optimization. Currently serving as an AI/HPC Systems Performance Engineer at Meta since October 2025, Sagar previously worked at Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer in the scalable runtimes group, focusing on the development and optimization of parallel runtimes and communication libraries for extreme scale HPC systems from March 2017 to October 2025.
