Sarah Stemmler is an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring talent for engineering, product management, and various technical roles across multiple organizations. Sarah began recruitment work at Intera Growth Partners before moving to Razer Inc., where hiring efforts focused on Android and Backend engineers. Following this, Sarah continued recruitment at Nextbit Systems, enhancing hiring processes for various technical teams. At Meta, support was provided for full-cycle recruitment across diverse teams, including Software Engineering and Product Strategy. Most recently, Sarah has taken on roles as a Technical Sourcer for BODYBAR Pilates while also serving as a Bodybar Certified Pilates Instructor.
