Joseph Bower, TSC, CSP

Joseph Bower has over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment and sales industries. Joseph began their career in 2011 as a Sales Representative at Napletons CJD. In 2013, they moved to Randstad Technologies US as a Technical Recruiter. In 2015, they advanced to a Senior Technical Recruiter role at Advanced Resources. In 2019, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Objective Paradigm. Joseph also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Outcome Health and InRule in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In 2020, they joined Connect Search, LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter and currently serves as a Technical Recruiter at AccuLynx.

Joseph Bower holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Joseph is also certified by the American Staffing Association as both a Certified Staffing Professional and a Technical Services Certified.
