Sawyer Koelsch

Sawyer Koelsch, MS, is a Business Advisory Consultant at Slalom since June 2022 and serves as the Compliance Program Workstream Lead for Meta as a contingent worker since July 2022. Previously, Sawyer held various roles at Motive Power, Inc., including Senior Associate Consultant, Consultant in Technical Process Improvement, and Junior Analyst from August 2020 to June 2022. During the 2019-2020 academic year, Sawyer was the Events Manager for the Sales Engineering Club at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, organizing networking events for students. Experience also includes a role as Service Operations Support at Siemens from June 2019 to April 2020, where Sawyer managed process improvement projects and developed an onboarding tool, as well as an internship at Siemens focusing on automating the hiring process. Sawyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Engineering Studies and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
