Shailesh Gattewar

Shailesh Gattewar currently serves as Program Leader in the Ranking AI and Monetization division at Meta, focusing on enhancing ad relevance through Generative AI and Machine Learning. Previously, Gattewar held the position of Product Management Leader for Generative AI at Amazon, where responsibilities included model pre-training, evaluation, and multi-lingual global launches. As Chief Product Officer at Haptagram, Gattewar was responsible for user interfaces and growth strategy for the first creator platform with touch-enabled content. Additionally, Gattewar served as Vice President of Product and Technology at The National Math and Science Initiative, leading strategic initiatives and merging product lines, and as Senior Technical Director at Cambium Assessment, overseeing online testing product lines across several states. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University.
