Shawn Bryant

Shawn Bryant is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and engineering recruitment. At Meta, from November 2019 to March 2021, Shawn excelled as a Senior Technical Recruiter, consistently achieving hiring goals for top-level engineers and participating in recruiting events to engage prospective candidates. Prior experiences include roles at US Air Force Reserve as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer since September 2013, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives at Collective Health, Google, and Robert Half Technology, and specialized recruitment for various technical positions.
