Shibo Yao

Shibo Yao possesses a diverse background in data science and research, with experience spanning multiple prestigious organizations. An Investment Research Intern at GF Securities and a Research Assistant at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Shibo contributed to data mining and network simulation projects. As a Research Scientist at Facebook from August 2021 to February 2023, followed by a role as Senior Research Scientist at Meta, Shibo advanced expertise in machine learning and research methodologies. Additionally, Shibo served as an Adjunct Instructor at New Jersey Institute of Technology, teaching data mining and analysis concepts. Academically, Shibo holds a PhD in Data Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Management Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
