Shuqing Zhao

Shuqing Zhao is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in integrated circuit design and silicon engineering. Currently serving at Meta as part of the MTIA Chips team since July 2024, Shuqing previously held the position of Head of Silicon Engineering at DataPelago from March 2022 to October 2024 and worked as a Senior ASIC Engineering Manager at Facebook from September 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive SoC/ASIC development team and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Earlier career highlights include managing design verification for custom silicon at Apple and leading IC design engineering at Broadcom. With an academic background featuring a Master's and Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from Tianjin University, Shuqing Zhao has established a track record of driving successful silicon strategies and developing innovative verification methodologies throughout a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
