Sonia Kopel is an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in credit risk and data analysis. With a tenure at Citi from July 2018 to May 2020, Sonia advanced to the role of Vice President in Credit Risk after initially serving as a Data Scientist. Currently, Sonia is with Meta, starting in May 2022 as a Data Scientist. Prior to these roles, Sonia served as a Graduate Assistant at the College of Charleston, providing tutoring and academic support, and completed a Data Science Internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, where skills in modeling and data visualization were developed using R and Python.
