Susana Tort

Susana Tort is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience research, design strategy, and humanitarian innovation. Susana began as a Design Intern at Pata de Perro Estudio and later served as a Design Fellow at Stemconnector. Significant roles include Design Researcher at MIT D-Lab, where Susana focused on projects supporting refugee youth in Greece and artisanal women miners in Colombia. As an Innovation Strategist, Susana contributed to major initiatives for companies like Unicef and the Mexican government. Recently, Susana has held positions as Design Lead at MIT GOV/LAB and Senior UX Researcher at Meta, after serving as UX Researcher on Facebook Integrity. Susana holds a B.A. in Industrial Design from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master of Science in Integrated Design Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and completed intensive studies in Global Management at Stanford University.
