Swechcha Anamika, PMP, has extensive experience in talent development and instructional design, spanning various roles across multiple organizations. At IBM India, Swechcha served as the Global Training Focal for Brazil from June 2011 to December 2013. Later, Swechcha worked at Deloitte USI in two capacities: first as a Leader in the Consulting Projects division from December 2013 to May 2016, and then as an Engagement Manager in the Talent Development Center of Excellence from August 2018 to October 2020. During 2025, Swechcha held the position of Head of Learning and Knowledge Management Solutions Development and Global Operations Learning Leader at Meta. Additionally, Swechcha was a Lead Instructional Designer at Adayana from May 2008 to December 2010.
