Tarun Bahuguna

Tarun Bahuguna currently serves as the Director of Compensation for Meta AI and Reality Labs at Meta, a position held since July 2022, where the focus is on developing compensation strategies aligned with Meta AI initiatives. Prior to this role, Tarun spent over 14 years at Microsoft, holding various key positions including Director of Compensation for Sales and Marketing, and Compensation Lead for Worldwide Marketing and Consumer Business. Responsibilities included crafting compensation strategies and managing comprehensive benefits programs across multiple business units. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits for the Asia Cluster at Novartis, where collaboration with HR leadership focused on regional compensation and benefits projects. Tarun holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
