Tina Dass

Tina Dass has diverse experience in educational and operational roles across various institutions. Starting as an Assistant Teacher at The Ivymount School from June 2006 to June 2008, Tina progressed to positions such as Behavior Analyst Volunteer at the Global Autism Project and Classroom Lead Teacher at Somerset Hills Learning Institute from November 2010 to September 2012. At La Cima Elementary Charter School, Tina served as a Behavior Specialist from February 2014 to July 2015. Subsequent roles at Uncommon Schools included titles such as Head of Lower Academy and Senior Director of Operations from July 2019 to June 2020. Tina transitioned to Prospect Schools as Senior Director of Operations from June 2024 to June 2025. Currently, Tina works as a Freelance Project Manager for Meta, focusing on People Development Onboarding. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from Indiana University, a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell College, and is a participant in the Senior Leadership Program for Nonprofit Professionals at Columbia Business School.
