Victor Sellemi

Victor Sellemi is an experienced researcher and educator, having served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, San Diego's Rady School of Management from May 2019 to December 2021, focusing on stock return predictability and financial econometrics under the guidance of Professor Allan Timmermann. Additionally, Victor taught courses in the MBA and Master of Finance programs. In early 2022, Victor interned as a Research Engineer Intern at Meta, where responsibilities included optimizing FinTech B2B billing and payment products and developing a scalable machine learning system for cash flow forecasting. Victor holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, a Master of Arts in Economics from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Maryland.
