Vira Nikitenko

Vira Nikitenko is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in technical recruiting. Vira began a legal assistant role at Dentons before transitioning to technical recruitment positions, including a role at Intellica Group where Vira contributed to company establishment and client engagement. Subsequently, Vira worked at Nimses Inc. as a technical recruiter, supporting rapid growth in a social networking start-up. At Lyft, Vira advanced to a senior role, focusing on global talent acquisition while mentoring peers across North America. Currently, Vira holds a position as a technical recruiter at Meta, continuing to harness expertise in recruiting for technical roles. Vira holds a Master's degree from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov'​ in Kyiv.
