Vitalii Vorkov

Vitalii Vorkov is a highly experienced software engineer and technology leader with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently a Staff Software Engineer at Meta since September 2024, Vitalii previously served as CTO and Co-founder at Grant Teacher AI, where efforts focused on developing next-generation scientific communication tools. Vitalii played a significant advisory role at RespiQ from May 2019 to September 2024, co-founding the company and raising over $8 million for product development. Additional roles include Full-stack Developer at not8, Project Manager and Research Engineer at KU Leuven, and Co-Founder of Visual Reasoning. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven and dual MSc degrees in Dynamics and Strength of Machines and Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University.
