Zachariah Carmichael, PhD, is a research scientist at Meta with extensive experience in various roles within academia and industry. Prior positions include graduate research assistant and graduate teaching assistant at the University of Notre Dame, web manager for the Computer Vision Foundation, and research associate intern at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Earlier in the career, Zachariah served as a research intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories. Zachariah earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, expected in March 2024, and holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2019.
