Svitlana Chaplinska

Svitlana Chaplinska is a Junior Information Security Consultant and Junior Security Researcher at Fraktal since February 2022, focusing on research related to threats and attack automation in Cloud Native environments. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Trainee at Aalto University, promoting the institution on social media, and a Cloud Security Developer Intern at Ericsson, where Svitlana worked on security enhancements for the Cloud Container Distribution platform. Additionally, Svitlana served as Connections Director for the Cloud Security Alliance Ukraine Lviv Chapter, coordinating events and communication, and completed an Information Security internship at ELEKS, leading awareness initiatives and contributing to ISMS implementation. Svitlana holds a Master of Science in Communication Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Security and Cloud Computing from Aalto University, and a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
