Teppo Soininen

Teppo Soininen is an accomplished game development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Game Lead at Metacore since April 2021, Soininen leads a team focused on a new game project. Prior experience includes working as Product Owner at Next Games, where responsibilities encompassed game production and stakeholder communication, and serving as CEO of Ministry of Games, which Soininen founded, overseeing fundraising and game production. Previous roles also include COO positions at Mountain Sheep and Umbra Software, where Soininen managed financial operations and public relations, alongside earlier positions as a software engineer at NVIDIA and Hybrid Graphics, and a researcher at Tampere University of Technology, where Soininen lectured on game programming and conducted research. Soininen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Tampere University of Technology.
