Prior to this, they held the same position at SEDNA, where they significantly grew the engineering team and spearheaded initiatives to scale platform infrastructure. Lakshmi also worked as the VP of Engineering at Leonardo Worldwide Corporation, where they built high-performing teams and guided software development through Agile methodologies. Lakshmi has a strong background in IT transformation and agile project execution, as demonstrated during their tenure as the Platform Director at nbn™ Australia. Before that, they worked as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, where they contributed to various projects in the enterprise solutions domain. Lakshmi Baskaran completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, starting in 2000 and finishing in 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, beginning in 2003 and completing it in 2005.
