Jun Terauchi

Jun Terauchi currently serves as Chief Scientific Officer at Metagen Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2022. In addition, Jun Terauchi has held the position of Chairperson of the Steering Committee at the Japan Microbiome Consortium since its establishment in April 2017, aimed at developing a Human microbiome database in Japan. Previously, Jun Terauchi worked at Ono Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. from January 2014 to April 2022, first as Director of the Research Portfolio & Resource Management Office and later as Executive Advisor. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of the Project Management Group in the Pharmaceutical Research Division at Takeda from August 2013 to December 2013.
