Alex Ng

Alex Ng is an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and biotechnology, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Metagenomi since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Gritstone Oncology as Manufacturing Associate III and II, and at Boehringer Ingelheim as Senior Manufacturing Associate and Upstream Manufacturing Associate, where Alex conducted various cell culture operations in GMP-regulated environments. Prior to these positions, Alex worked as a temporary Manufacturing Associate through Kelly Services at Boehringer Ingelheim and as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Bhalla Lab at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where a thesis focused on the localization of CHD-1 in C. elegans germline cells was completed. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
