Mary Brewington

Mary Brewington serves as an Associate Veterinarian at Metairie Small Animal Hospital since March 2016, following a role as a Veterinarian at Nola Animal Clinic from October 2014 to February 2016. Mary previously worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Metairie Small Animal Hospital from June 2004 to August 2011, where responsibilities included patient restraint, anesthesia monitoring, medication administration, cage cleaning, and client communication. Educational qualifications include a BVetMed in Veterinary Medicine from the Royal Veterinary College (2009-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Louisiana State University (2005-2009). Additionally, Mary was involved as a Student Worker at the LSU Department of Sociology, contributing to a graduate research project on disaster recovery following Hurricane Katrina.
