Andrew Shogren

Andrew Shogren is an experienced production manager currently overseeing operations at Metal Craft and Riverside Machine & Engineering since November 2021, managing a team of 4 direct and over 70 indirect reports while focusing on capacity modeling and KPI development. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Ichor Systems, Inc. from August 2017 to November 2021, serving in strategic analytics and planning capacities as both a Strategic Analytics/Planning Manager and Senior Planner. Andrew began a career in planning and manufacturing at Talon Innovations from February 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included scheduling for CNC machines and supervising a manufacturing team. Earlier experience includes roles at Kemps LLC, from August 2011 to February 2014, involving plant supervision and operational leadership. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from St. Cloud State University.
