Becky Parisi

Becky Parisi has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in strategic planning, compensation and benefits management, and employee relations. Becky most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Metal Exchange Corporation, where they led the HR department and implemented a comprehensive total rewards strategy. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at RCF, where they were responsible for HR initiatives and business development. Becky also served as the Director of Human Resources at Circulation Development, Inc., where they played a key role in developing strategic HR policies and programs. Their work experience spans over 13 years, showcasing their expertise in various aspects of HR management.

Becky Parisi obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. In November 2019, they received certification in the Advance Human Resource Executive Program (AHREP) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
