Kaitlin Klinger

Kaitlin Klinger has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Kaitlin most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Metal Exchange Corporation, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Pennex Aluminum Co. from August 2021 to September 2022. From October 2019 to August 2021, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at BAE Systems, Inc. Kaitlin's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Select Medical from June 2018 to October 2019, and as a Human Resources Coordinator from February 2011 to May 2018.
