Michael Kelley has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as the President of AmCan Trading Far East Ltd., a subsidiary of The American Can Company, where they traded aluminum and its products across Asia. Michael then joined Payless ShoeSource as the Director of New Stores and Merchandising, overseeing the opening of new stores and managing their operations. Kelley then moved on to Metal Exchange Corporation, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Business Unit Manager and Vice President of International Business and Development. In these positions, they had responsibilities such as managing offshore trading offices, overseeing risk management on global terminal markets, and leading various commercial activities. Most recently, they have been self-employed as the owner of their own business.
Michael Kelley has a Master of International Management Cum Laude degree in Japanese Studies from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Michael also has a Bachelor's Degree in Far East History, Chinese from Wabash College.
