Ondray Wells Jr. has a vast work experience spanning over several companies. Ondray began their career in 1989 as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Hallmark Cards, Inc. In 2003, they joined Avanade as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, and they remained there until 2007. Since then, Ondray has been associated with Metal Exchange Corporation, where they have held various roles, including IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, IT Product Manager, and currently, they serve as the Director of IT Business Systems.
