Scottie's previous roles include Operations Manager at MWS, Operations Manager at Acument Global Technologies, Production Supervisor at Trelleborg, Production Manager at Tuthill Transfer Systems, and Production Supervisor at Wabash Alloys. Scottie Pennington, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana University Kokomo between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2009. In addition, Scottie Pennington holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, which was completed from 1996 to 1998. Their education journey began with the completion of a high school diploma in General Studies from Northfield High School in 1995.
