Genina Ramirez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategies and event management. Currently serving as Partnerships Director at Metalab since May 2024, Genina previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Odi and Focus Lab, where skills in business development were honed. As Co-Founder and Creative Director at Lowcountry Paper Co., a boutique studio focused on calligraphy and custom stationery, Genina demonstrated creativity and entrepreneurship from January 2014 to June 2020. Genina's event planning expertise was further showcased as Co-Founder and Lead Event Planner at From This Day Forward Weddings & Events and as Lead Event Planner at th&co events.
