Muthu Palanisamy

Muthu Palanisamy is the CEO and Founder of Metalcare Group, a company established in January 2004 that specializes in non-destructive evaluation, geotechnical materials testing, welding inspection, and structural steel inspection, among other services. In addition to leading Metalcare Group, Muthu has been the President of Elander Inspections Ltd and ITL Testing Laboratories Ltd since 2017 and 2020, respectively, as well as the President of Reliability & Integrity Management Phils. Inc. since June 2014. Earlier career roles include positions as Supplier Quality Surveillance Inspector at Quality Assurance Management, Senior NDE Technician at Certified Testing Systems Inc., Project Quality Manager at Quality Assurance Management, Project QA/NDE Lead at Keppel Offshore & Marine, and Lead NDE Technician at BHEL Unit in Tiruchirappalli. Muthu's extensive experience encompasses quality management, inspection, and technical oversight across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and offshore construction.
