Maya Pan

Maya Pan is an experienced professional with a strong background in both outdoor recreation and education. Currently serving as a Routesetter and Front Desk Staff at Central Rock Gym since April 2023, responsibilities include assisting patrons and ensuring safety during climbing activities. Additionally, as a Retail Sales Specialist at REI since November 2022, Maya engages with customers while promoting memberships. With teaching roles at Boston University Fitness & Recreation Center, including Adult Sailing Instructor and Climbing Wall Attendant, as well as previous positions like Youth Ice Skating Instructor at Bay State Skating School, Maya exhibits a commitment to teaching and safety in various recreational settings. Maya holds a Master's degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Conservation Biology from Boston University.
