Rich Norton

Rich Norton is the VP of Operations at Metalenz and is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, production test and quality. He has over 30 years’ experience in offshore semiconductor operations and product test. Rich was the VP of Operations for Arctic Sand Technologies, a semiconductor start-up that was acquired by pSemi (a subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing). Prior to that he was the Director of Product and Test Engineering for CHiL Semiconductor, a semiconductor start-up that was acquired by International Rectifier. Rich holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
