Daniel Keist

Daniel Keist has a diverse work experience spanning from 1984 to 2013. Daniel served as the CFO at Metall Zug AG from 2013 onwards. Before that, they held various roles at Forbo from 2007 to 2012, including being a member of the Corporate Center and heading the Corporate Center. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at SWX Swiss Exchange as the Head of Business Unit Admission and a member of the Management Board. Prior to that, they were a Partner in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2003. From 1998 to 2001, they were a member of the Management Board at Selecta and also held the positions of Head of Strategy and CFO at Selecta Management AG. Daniel started their career at UBS in 1984, specializing in Corporate Finance Advisory. Additionally, they served as a Major in the Swiss Army from 1976 to 2000.

Daniel Keist completed their education at the University of St.Gallen from 1978 to 1983. Daniel obtained a degree in Rechnungs- und Finanzwesen in 1982. Prior to that, they attended HSG from 1977 to 1982 and achieved a lic. oec. HSG degree in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
