Julio Davila

Julio Davila is an experienced professional in construction management and cost estimating, currently serving as District Sales Manager for both Cornerstone Building Brands and Metallic Building Company since June 2018. In this dual role, Julio is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business within the assigned territory, which includes budgeting and client communication. Prior experience includes positions as Construction Estimator and Project Manager at American Western Steel, Senior Cost Estimator at JDN Estimating & Consulting Group, and Historic Preservation Estimator and Project Manager at RL Group, Inc., known for its work on significant historic structures in Puerto Rico. Julio's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Construction Management from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Engineering from Caribbean University-Bayamon, with additional training in project management. Julio is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Caribbean Theological University.
