Mark Carawan

Mark Carawan currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board at de Risk Partners, a compliance risk management consulting firm, and holds multiple board positions, including Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee at Euroclear UK & International, and Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at The Bank of London. Additionally, Mark is involved with Metallicus as an Advisory Board member and is the Owner and Director of Deanscourt Limited. Mark also contributes to education as a Senior Fellow at New York University School of Law within the Program for Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. Previously, Mark served as a Senior Advisor at PwC and as Chair of the Board Advisory Committee at 1LoD. Mark's extensive background in compliance includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Internal Auditor at Citi, as well as Chief Internal Auditor at Barclays. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Humanity from the University of St Andrews and a B.A. in Classics from Rutgers University.
