Maxwell Wessel

Maxwell Wessel is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Foundry Process Engineer at MetalTek International since November 2022, previously serving as a Rotational Process Engineer at Signicast Investment Castings for a short duration. Prior experience includes roles as a Union Team Member at Wisconsin Union, Metallurgy Intern at Waupaca Foundry, and a Summer Engineering Intern at Leonardo DRS. Maxwell also held a position as an Academic Mentor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked as a Finishing Technician at Quad. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2022.
