Robb Edwards has a diverse work experience in marketing and strategy roles. Robb started their career as a Product Marketing Manager at Ztek Corporation in 2001 and later moved on to become a Manager of Competitive Intelligence at W.W. Grainger, Inc. in 2006. Robb then joined Johnson Controls as a Competitive Intelligence Manager, where they successfully launched a strategic planning process for supply chain management and improved sales and operations planning. In 2016, they became the Director of Marketing Strategy at Clarios, overseeing channel management and product marketing across different global regions. Currently, they are working as the Director of Marketing at MetalTek International, where they lead the marketing function across multiple divisions, focusing on lead generation, digital marketing, brand strategy, and marketing communications.

Robb Edwards has an MBA degree in Marketing and Strategy from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Robb also holds a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Robb earned their BA degree in History from Lafayette College.
