Susan Steffanus

Susan Steffanus has over 26 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Susan is currently the Human Resources Director at MetalTek International since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Human Resources Director at HELGESEN from 2016 to 2022, where they managed various HR initiatives, policies, and recruitment activities. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at K & S Tool, Die & Manufacturing, Inc from 2011 to 2016. Susan also has experience in IKON Office Solutions, where they held roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist from 1996 to 2004. Susan started their career as a Corporate Payroll Administrator/Human Resources at AmeriServe in 1995.

Susan Steffanus earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Susan attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
