Doug Watts

Doug Watts has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Doug began their career as an Accounting Manager at Richards Industries in 1991, where they were responsible for various accounting functions such as cost accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Doug successfully implemented a software conversion for the company's ERP system. In 2001, Doug joined the Metalworking Group as the CFO, overseeing finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, and strategic purchasing. Doug recently became the Chief Executive Officer of the Metalworking Group in August 2019.

Doug Watts attended Miami University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance.
