Ken Hannah

Mr. Hannah has over 30 years of experience working in various C-level and senior executive positions for large public corporations in the aerospace, technology, retail, and consumer goods sectors. Since February 2015, he has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Caleres, an American footwear company that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of brands. From May 2012 to March 2014, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JC Penney Company, Inc. He was Executive Vice President and President–Solar Energy of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. and had previously served as Executive Vice President and President–Solar Materials from 2009 to 2012. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.
