Steve Lattanzio

Steve Lattanzio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machine learning and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Machine Learning Engineer at MetaMetrics, Inc., since January 2012, Steve has been instrumental in developing algorithms for natural language processing and large language models. Steve co-founded Lattanzio Quantitative LLC, where the focus was on consulting across various domains involving machine learning applications. Prior experience includes roles at Weaver Mine Capital Management as Chief Innovation Officer, and research positions at Duke University, where significant contributions were made in linear systems and control theory. Steve holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, as well as a Certificate in Architectural Engineering, all from Duke University.
