Masoud Sadeghi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Masoud started their career as a Lecturer & Instructor at the Ministry of Agriculture in 2010, where they taught and provided instruction. Masoud then worked as a Consulting Engineer at Rangin Gach Mianeh Co. from 2011 to 2012, providing consulting services. In 2012, Masoud joined the University of New Brunswick as a Research Assistant until 2015.

In 2016, Masoud joined MetaOptima Technology Inc. as a Hardware Engineer and later transitioned to become the Device Engineering Manager in 2018. During their time at MetaOptima, they played a key role in device engineering and management.

Currently, Masoud is working at Ortho Biomed Inc. as a Product Development and Design Advisor, a position they held from 2020 to 2021. Masoud then advanced to become the Mechanical Design and Quality Manager in 2021, responsible for managing mechanical design and ensuring quality standards.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering of Agricultural Machinery at the University of Tabriz from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, Masoud has obtained several certifications including ISO 13485:2016 - Internal Auditor, ISO 13485:2016 - Management Systems Auditing, and ISO 13485:2016 - Medical Devices Quality Management Systems from the ISO - International Organization for Standardization in December 2016. Masoud also holds a certification in Structural Design of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) from FPS COST Action FP1004, which they obtained in April 2014. Most recently, Masoud obtained a certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) by Air from Worksite Safety in March 2021.
