Kristina Webster Castille

Kristina Webster Castille, MA, currently serves as a Senior Manager and Experience Design Capability Lead at MetaPhase Consulting, where responsibilities include leading employee-facing Experience Design and Customer Experience initiatives as well as providing strategic guidance for product and software development. Previous experience includes a role as Manager of Change Management at USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, overseeing a team of agile project managers for transformative projects in emergency response. Kristina also held the position of Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where contributions included co-authoring academic papers and leading communications teams for Navy and DoD initiatives. Additional roles at the American Forest Foundation and earlier positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Pan American Health Organization highlight expertise in marketing, behavior change communication, and project management across health and environmental sectors. Kristina holds an MA in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in International Affairs and Spanish Language from James Madison University.
